Chilli jam

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg chili tomato
  • 1 kg sugar
  • 2 apples peeled
  • 1 cup white wine

Instructions
 

  • Clean the peppers from the seeds - wash them repeatedly-boil them in a pot with wine and water x 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes, throw the excess liquid and puree.
  • Add 1 kg sugar +2 apples and cook 15 minutes anchors
  • put in jars - sterilize
  • match with meat and cheese
