Chilli jam
Ingredients
- 1 kg chili tomato
- 1 kg sugar
- 2 apples peeled
- 1 cup white wine
Instructions
- Clean the peppers from the seeds - wash them repeatedly-boil them in a pot with wine and water x 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, throw the excess liquid and puree.
- Add 1 kg sugar +2 apples and cook 15 minutes anchors
