“Paccheri Nudel”, zucchini, shrimps

  • 180 gr. Paccheri pasta
  • 2 zucchini
  • 30 gr. Shrimp tails
  • olive oil
  • salt (pepper)
  1. Dice the zucchini with salt and pepper and Olive oil
  2. add the shrimp tails already peeled and blanched
  3. boil the pasta and when it is still “al dente” drain and sauté in the pan with zucchini and fish
  4. finish cooking and thicken it all with a little good olive oil
  5. Serve and grating over a bit of lemon peel.

What are Paccheri?

Paccheri is a type of pasta from Naples and typical of the Neapolitan cuisine. Its name comes from the word “paccarià”, which means as much as “slap” in Neapolitan dialect.
