“Paccheri Nudel”, zucchini, shrimps

Ingredients
  

  • 180 gr. Paccheri pasta
  • 2 zucchini
  • 30 gr. Shrimp tails
  • olive oil
  • salt pepper

Instructions
 

  • Dice the zucchini with salt and pepper and Olive oil
  • add the shrimp tails already peeled and blanched
  • boil the pasta and when it is still “al dente” drain and sauté in the pan with zucchini and fish
  • finish cooking and thicken it all with a little good olive oil
  • Serve and grating over a bit of lemon peel.

What are Paccheri?
Paccheri is a type of pasta from Naples and typical of the Neapolitan cuisine. Its name comes from the word "paccarià", which means as much as "slap" in Neapolitan dialect.
