“Paccheri Nudel”, zucchini, shrimps
Ingredients
- 180 gr. Paccheri pasta
- 2 zucchini
- 30 gr. Shrimp tails
- olive oil
- salt pepper
Instructions
- Dice the zucchini with salt and pepper and Olive oil
- add the shrimp tails already peeled and blanched
- boil the pasta and when it is still “al dente” drain and sauté in the pan with zucchini and fish
- finish cooking and thicken it all with a little good olive oil
- Serve and grating over a bit of lemon peel.

What are Paccheri?
Paccheri is a type of pasta from Naples and typical of the Neapolitan cuisine. Its name comes from the word "paccarià", which means as much as "slap" in Neapolitan dialect.
