Noodles with seasonal vegetables, herbs and smoked ricotta cheese
Simple recipe for a summer pasta
- Vegetables that you prefer and of season. zucchinis, eggplants, tomatoes, etc
- Fresh herbs rosemary, sage, bay leaf, oregano, etc.

- oil extra virgin
- Salt & Pepper
- Egg noodles
- Ricotta affumicata similar smoked cheese
Prepare the vegetables that you prefer and of season. (zucchinis, eggplants, tomatoes, etc). Make them brown in an pot with onion and oil extra virgin. Let them a little in baking.
Drain in the pot the cooked (separately) noodles and blow the whole, repairing of salt, pepper and oil.
Put all in the dish and grate over all the smoked cheese (ricotta) and herbs.
