  • 180 gr. Paccheri pasta<\/li>\n
  • 2 zucchini<\/li>\n
  • 30 gr. Shrimp tails<\/li>\n
  • olive oil<\/li>\n
  • salt (pepper)<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n

    1. Dice the zucchini with salt and pepper and Olive oil<\/li>\n
    2. add the shrimp tails already peeled and blanched<\/li>\n
    3. boil the pasta and when it is still \u201cal dente\u201d drain and saut\u00e9 in the pan with zucchini and fish<\/li>\n
    4. finish cooking and thicken it all with a little good olive oil<\/li>\n
    5. Serve and grating over a bit of lemon peel.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n

      What are Paccheri?<\/span><\/p>\n

      Paccheri is a type of pasta from Naples and typical of the Neapolitan cuisine. Its name comes from the word “paccari\u00e0”, which means as much as “slap” in Neapolitan dialect.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t
