In die Mitte jedes Quadrats einen Teel\u00f6ffel Fleischf\u00fcllung geben und die Quadrate schlie\u00dfen, so dass sie die charakteristische Form eines Tortellino erhalten, indem man sie zuerst in der Mitte faltet und dann die gegen\u00fcberliegenden R\u00e4nder verbindet.<\/li>\n<li>An der Luft trocknen lassen und dann ein paar Minuten in der kochenden Br\u00fche kochen. In der Br\u00fche servieren oder trocken genie\u00dfen, nachdem man sie abgetropft und mit goldener, geschmolzener Butter gew\u00fcrzt hat, in der man Salbeibl\u00e4tter gebr\u00e4unt hat.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n<p>Die mit geschmortem Hackfleisch gef\u00fcllte Nudeln sind in der Lombardei in der Poebene weit verbreitet.<\/p>\n<p>Valeggio am Fluss \u201cMincio\u201d liegt praktisch an der Grenze zur Provinz Mantua und scheint einen lombardischen Einfluss bewahrt zu haben, wenn auch nur in diesem kulinarischen Produkt.<\/p>\n<p>Der \u201cTortellino di Valeggio\u201d, im Dialekt &#8222;Agnolin&#8220; genannt, wie er in Mantua hei\u00dft, ist ein weiteres typisches gastronomisches Produkt des unteren Gardaseegebiets.<br \/>Einzeln in Handarbeit hergestellt und in Br\u00fche oder trocken mit Butter und Salbei serviert und haben sich zur wichtigsten kulinarischen Attraktion der Region entwickelt.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<style
